Welcome to the wonderfully situated holiday home, which welcomes you in the best location for a relaxing break with exciting activities in nature and with a beautiful view of the valley end of the Grossarl Valley. After a day full of adventures you can relax in the sauna, enjoy the fantastic view and sit together in a cosy atmosphere for a long time.



Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the sun and the fantastic view of the mountains over your first coffee before setting off on your adventures. Later, you can enjoy a refreshing drink here against a magical backdrop.



Explore the impressive mountain world on a hike, breathe in the fresh mountain air, feel the freedom on the alpine pastures and stop off at rustic huts where regional specialities await you. In winter, a true skiing paradise awaits you. Glide down perfectly groomed pistes in the Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area.

My whole family loved this place. I can strongly recommend staying here. The view is beautiful. All of the bedrooms were lovely, with fantastic balconies, comfy beds, little tables to relax, lots of storage. It was cozy warm in the winter. The kitchen and living room were also very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were lovely. It was far enough from the road to still be very quiet and green. We had troubles getting up the icy, steep driveway, even with snow chains. I recommend 4-wheel-drive in the winter. There are hiking trails starting direct behind the house. It’s very close to See, which is in the National Park Hohe Tauern. Simply lovely.
