Awesome accomodation in the skiresort, close to the highway

Nice, roomy appartment - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice balcony. Location is excellent, just by the exit from highway and looking at the skilift.

Bit older equipment but not a problem for us (beds were perfect and comfortable)

Great location, parking available, nice ski room, apartment is basic but very clean and spacious enough. Kitchen very well equipped. Kids playground outside. Flachauwinkl provides super easy access to Absolut park, but have in mind no shops and very few restaurants in the area.

No soap and shower gel provided, bring your own.

The ski lift, cashdesk is just on the other side of the parking area, about 30 meters from the house. Restaurant in 20 meters.

No complaint on the house. What I missed is a grocery store nearby but Flachauwinkl is just a bunch of hotels and apartments with no shops at all.

The village is off Flachau, so variety of outside dining is few kilometers drive. Nevertheless, there is an excellent restaurant in the nearby hotel.

Beautiful location, very friendly host, great value

The location is beautifully located in Flachauwinkl, close to the highway and 5-10 min from Flachau.The view from the rooms is great. The rooms are clean and well maintained, with a decently equipped kitchen. One of the highlights is the modern welness-area with a steambath and a sauna. If you pick the right time, you can even enjoy the welness privately. The owner offers clean towels for the welness. The host himself is very friendly and flexible, which of course is also an essentiality for a good stay.

The only downside is that when the weather is good and there is no wind, you can hear the highway from outside and a tiny bit in the appartement when you have your windows open. Because of the “Lärmschutz” at night, the noise is lesser then. Overall the highway is not very loudly audible, but still audible.
