About this villa rental
New, now with Wifi-Internet. Just 4.1km from Valldemossa, this gem is surrounded by forest. 4 people find on 106m2 living room and 2000m2 outdoor area your place. Divided into 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, there is also TV, air conditioning (in all areas), fireplace and central heating. In addition to the furnished terrace (150m2) with barbecue and private pool (9mx4m / 1.20-1.80m) in the garden, there is enough space for 3 parking spaces, as well as bicycles.
If you travel with a larger group, we can also offer the twin house "Son Galceran Gran", which is right next to it. Thus, comfortably up to 10 people can be accommodated.
While you live in the UNESCO World Heritage area, you are also the neighbour of Michael Douglas in a private and exclusive residential area.
The highlight of the house is definitely the outstanding view, partly to Barcelona.
Added to this is the private hiking trail to the stone bay from the house. The nearest sandy beach (Son Bunyola) is 17.7 km away, the stone beach Cala Deia 10 km. The airport can be reached in 30,2km.
You want to stock up on goodies, in 3.8km you will meet the nearest supermarket. For dining, the nearby restaurant Can Costa or you can try one of the famous "Coca de patata" in the famous bakery in Valldemossa.
No matter if you are sunbather or water rat, nobody can resist this spectacular view. Privacy is simply capitalized here. What's better than listening to a little music in one of the hammocks or playing a round of cards under the shady pergola. Later, various "tapas" and refreshing drinks are prepared in the small outdoor kitchen.
But the cute village house with a romantic stone façade also offers a warm atmosphere inside, which runs through the entire interior. With a constant view to the outside from the open living area, all on one floor.

We chose this for the view, which was good, but we expected the villa to be at least half decent, and it wasn't. Firstly, it's not a villa, it's a glorified pool house. Tiny, not even basic essentials in the kitchen, the kind of towels you would expect at a youth hostel in a war zone. They must have been about 15 years old. I've used sandpaper that was smoother. Wifi didn't work, the lighting/electricity keeps flickering on and off, no wood supplied for fire, no coal for the BBQ, noisy boiler. No shampoo/shower gel and the whole place smelt musty.
Ok, so clearly problems with the place, this is when the service got really bad. Checked in Thursday night, we messaged on Friday morning about the issues, no response. So I rang Friday afternoon, no one answered but someone messaged to say they couldn't talk and they were just the weekend cover woman who could do absolutely nothing about the issues anyway, but someone would be back in on Monday, or actually Wednesday!!! Can you imagine, a week's holiday and someone will come back to me to start looking at my problems in 6 days time!!! We were checking out on Thursday!!! The really annoying thing is someone saw my message instantly but even knowing they would be off for 6 days, chose to do nothing about it.
Slogan should be, 5 star prices, 2 star villas, 1 star customer service.

La vue
La propreté sans aucun doute, nous avons dû laver la vaisselle qui était normalement propre (vaisselle salle rangée dans les tiroirs). Et plus vous savez je penses ce qu’il conviendrait d’améliorer.

Der Ausblick ist unschlagbar, sowie die Abgeschiedenheit für alle die ihre Ruhe suchen.
Beschilderung um die Finca aufzufinden fehlte, sowie eine Handbuch welches beschreibt, wie einige Dinge (Interieur, Müllentsorgung etc.) zu handhaben sind, die nette Serviceansprechpartnerin konnte uns auch nicht helfen, weil sie noch nie auf dem Anwesen war! Rostiger Sonnenschirm, zu wenig Wasser in der Zisterne, Pool bei weitem nicht so groß wie beworben! Zu wenig Geschirr für die Anzahl der erlaubten Personen, kein separater Zugang zum Meer wie beschrieben...Grundsätzlich fehlt für 5 Stars etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail. (Beleuchtung teilweise defekt, Auflagen für Sonnenliegen fehlten etc.)
