The location was excellent with an easy walk into town and to the bus stop. The house is a good size and has lots of potential. The agent was very quick to respond when we reported problems although not all were resolved during our stay.
The property was cold and not very clean. The outside space was unusable as it was dirty with rubbish stored under the steps down to the patio. Although nominally there were good facilities many were poorly maintained or not working. The agent responded very quickly when we first reported a plumbing problem and later when we experienced electrical supply problems. However it was only after a week that the house was given a thorough clean.
