The condo was nice. There are a lot of pool rules. Our biggest challenge was entering and leaving the condo. The key pad was acting up and needs attention. We had to press code at least 5 times to get the door open and hit the check button more than once to get the door to lock. The Spectrum remote battery cover was broken off, but still worked. Loved being able to see the ocean from our room.

The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. We had great views from the balcony of the ocean and beach. It was a very relaxing stay.

Great location where beach was not overly crowded yet easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful oceanfront view. Also enjoyed the nice pool area. Very clean condo!

Condo was like the pictures. Fans needed dusting and the comforters smelled like dust, but overall clean.
Great Condos made us feel like moving cattle. Get you out, as fast as they can. We came in on Christmas Day. I called, texted, emailed, about early check-in, and no one responded. I understand that it’s Christmas, but if you have people checking in a place, someone should be checking emails or phones. The lady on the after hours line was able to help us get checked in after 4:00.
I responded about ants and the door not properly closing. A person was able to get back to me about the ants and left a can of Raid by the door.
They were quick to send check out information the day before. I emailed and texted about late check-out, no response the day before.
We left something in the fridge, and Jeffrey (who wasn’t in the area), was the only person that helped us out quickly.
We have worked with many condos and this was by far the worst. If you want someone to help you personally or a quick response this is not the place.
