The expansive 2,600 square foot home features vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, and tasteful furnishings creating an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for your stay. All the necessary comforts of home are provided here, from wireless internet access and board games for entertainment to in-unit laundry facilities and a 2 car garage for your convenience. Laundry room has a sink, washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. Direct access to the house from the 2 car garage with parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 in garage, 2 in driveway).
You ll love spending time in the cozy living room where you can watch your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV with Netflix streaming and a sound system. You ll never have to worry about missing your favorite shows while on vacation! The house has a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, rice cooker, cookware, bake ware, and dinning service for 2- 8 persons.

Three bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect for teenagers, and the palm tree shade for the afternoon in the pool was perfect for the heat wave. Smooth stay.

The house is clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well appointed and the app that controls the hot tub was a big plus - we could set the temp ourselves and the water features. We also loved the outdoor fireplace. Beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The neighborhood was safe and clean and had great walking options with water features throughout the community. The community’s gated and you must show your identification every time you enter. 95% of the time you wait less than a couple minutes but during high commute time you could wait 15 minutes to enter as everyone is checked. Just something to be aware of. Again, we felt very safe. There’s some normal wear tear in the house - shutters (window treatments) have broken slots that you have to manually close. Again, nothing that impacted our stay or desire to come back. Would rent here again as we had a lovely time and everything was super comfortable and clean.
