This beautifully appointed single-story home combines spacious indoor living with resort-style outdoor amenities, including a private pool, spa, fire pit, Blackstone BBQ, and a dedicated arcade game room.
The open-concept living room offers a large Sony Smart TV, comfortable seating, and easy access to the backyard, creating the perfect gathering space after a day of exploring. The living room also features a sofa bed that can be converted into an additional sleeping space.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home cooking, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, plus a large island with seating for four. The dining table seats six comfortably.
A separate media room provides additional living space with a Smart TV and a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, making it ideal for extra guests, movie nights, or kids.
The indoor fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.

Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away, and having a vehicle is recommended for exploring Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, and the surrounding desert communities.

Small pets are welcome for $150 per animal; keep them off beds and sofas. Extra fees might apply if additional cleaning is needed.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that the garage is not available for vehicle parking, as it is set up as a recreational space with arcade games. Overnight street parking is not permitted. (fines up to $750).
Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am.
Early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) available for $75, subject to availability
Early check-in is unavailable during peak festival weekends.
