Located directly on the water near the Kaibo Yacht Club and Marina, this one-bedroom second-floor apartment enjoys elevated sunset views on a sandy white beach.
The living room flows into the oceanfront screened porch and comes furnished with a large sofa, coffee table, and flatscreen TV. Stay cool and connected with central air conditioning, cable TV programming, and high-speed WiFi throughout your stay. All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. This is VERY RARE for homes along the Cayman Kai Cove.

The condo was just immaculate. This was the cleanest, neatest VRBO we have ever had. The view of the marina and beach was just stunning and so relaxing. And so enjoyable just to watch boat traffic come and go at the marina. Kaibo Dreams and the area are more laid back. Spent a day on 7 mile beach which was lovely as well but we were pleased that we booked in Kaibo and not in Georgetown. Starfish Beach is almost next door and Kaibo resort and restaurant is just next door. Solis is another restaurant and beach bar on Rum Point 5 minutes away. This is a great place to stay! This was a great location for us. Not the business of Seven Mile Beach area. Good restaurant right next door, sunsets off Starfish point. Driving the north and east end of the island with many ocean pullouts.

A beautiful condo right on the beach. Just 2 minutes walk to the restaurant. Got to see some beautiful sunsets. A short walk to Starfish Point. The only downside was loud music from various boats coming and going as well as from jet skis on the Sunday in particular. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay
