OMG -PERFECT. Don’t hesitate to book this Gorgeous, clean, private and tastefully decorated condo!! You’ll feel stress free within seconds of looking out from the lanai. A perfect place for just chillaxing. The ferry, boat excursions and restaurant/bar are literally steps away. Everyone is so polite attentive and accommodating. We love the memories made there.

We loved staying in the 7-Up Condo--it was well appointed and nicely updated with beautiful views of the beach. We loved the quiet of the northside (much different vibe than 7-mile beach). The pool was beautiful and cleaned daily, the beach was beautiful and raked daily. Plenty of chairs available for lounging and relaxing and only a short walk to Starfish Point. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is the most amazing place to stay! The beach could not be closer and with calm warm water, sprawling sands, and so many picturesque spots to relax - can’t be beat! We immediately felt at home in the beautiful condo. With every thing we could possibly need for cooking it was so easy to stay in to eat. A beach club next door was such a pleasant surprise and made going out for food such a breeze! We could not be happier!

Nice quiet location with a nice pool and beach area. Condo was well equipped with lots of towels and bedding. Pillows on beds were uncomfortable and should be replaced.
