The Space
Except for the basement (tenants live in the basement) deck and backyard are available to the guests.

The space
There are a couple that live in the basement. They have their own entrance and parking. No space is shared.
Guest access
Guest have access to all spaces except the basement where a tenant lives. There is no space shared and everything is separated. You will use the main entrance and the tenants in the basement have a separate entrance into the basement.
You will have two parking space on the driveway right outside of the garage and in front of the house.
Max 2 Pets, Dogs and cats
All pets must be approved prior to check-in
No Parties
No Drugs or Smoking (same regulations are applied to e-Cigarettes)
Quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am
Check in is after 4:00 pm
Check out is 11:00 am

The space of the place was a huge plus. Traveled with my family and we all had our own space. The location is quiet and the view off the deck is a huge bonus.
