Summary:
Enjoy this travel haven on your next adventure! You'll have your own private home and enjoy a a king size bed in the master and a queen size bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms, There is also a bonus space with two queens, all with a 3" memory foam topper and lots of comfy pillows! A full closet for all your items, ceiling fans and sitting area to make your stay feel more like home. Two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level freshly stocked with clean towels and great WiFi throughout!

Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen along with a Keurig! Beautiful, clean, modern, and in a prime location, it's hard to beat this private home! Great for quick one-night stays, multi-day visits to local businesses or conferences, or weekend getaways to the beautiful Utah outdoors. 72" Smart TV in the living room, fully stocked kitchen and play den make this space unbeatable! We are only 2 minutes off the I-15 freeway which makes easy access to anywhere in Salt Lake County or Utah County.

We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley! We are only 20 minutes from Provo, 35 minutes to Sundance, 40 minutes to Salt Lake Airport, 60 minutes from Park City and we're only 2 minutes off the 15 freeway! Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots that are just a 10 minute drive. We have hundreds of YELP worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Ask us about our favorites places!
Lyft, Uber and Uber Eats are very active in our area.
You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street in front of our home.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.
Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:
$50 for 1 dog
$100 for 2 dogs
Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

My family and I stayed at this place for four days. It’s a beautiful home very spacious had everything we needed and more brought our dogs and they love the backyard. We’ll stay here again. The host was very friendly and responsive to everything that we asked for couldn’t have asked for a better host

Our family of six adults spent a weekend at this home. We had plenty of space to gather in the large kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The weather was snowy when we were there, so having a garage was wonderful. The full-sized washer and dryer were also a bonus. The property is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, State street, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Came up from Texas for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for a base of operations. Easy to get to I-15 and to just about anywhere in Happy Valley. Kitchen had everything needed and plenty of room to spread out. What a treat!
