This beautifully rustic 4-bedroom, 2200 sq. ft. home blends mountain appeal with all the comforts of home. Whether you're preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, grilling on the deck, or settling in for a movie in the cozy living room, you'll find this space perfect for relaxing and creating memories.
Warm up by the gas fireplace on cooler evenings. The 4th bedroom is conveniently located with its own private entrance from the deck, providing extra space and privacy ( Access only from outside).
For comfort throughout the seasons, Ann's Sierra View is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Come for the views, stay for the unforgettable experience!

The fine print, what to expect: Our cabins include basic cable, satellite or streaming television, basic cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer (if applicable- please look at the amenities), towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. Our homes come equipped with either a drip or Keurig coffee maker. *Linens and bath towels *Extra blankets and bedding *Spa towels for properties with spas/hot tubs. While our kitchens are fully equipped with glassware/cookware/utensils/dishes, etc. this does not ensure that all homes will have a blender, crock pot, spices, coffee, or condiments. Please call ahead to confirm if items such as these are available. If not, we ask that you bring your own. Basic toiletries in the Master bathroom only are: * bar soap *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on the holder and two (2) stored in the bathroom. Basic toiletries in all additional bathrooms (if applicable) are: *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on the holder and two (2) stored in the bathroom, *one (1) travel-sized bar soap and/or facial soap. Basic supplies in the home: *five (5) All-Clear laundry pods, *dish detergent in pod or liquid form (quantities may vary and/or be limited), and three (3) Lemi Shine rinse agent in single-use cups (for homes with dishwashers), *liquid dish soap in (at minimum) a partial container (may only be in homes without dishwashers- check amenities to ensure the home you booked has a dishwasher), *two to three (2-3) rolls of paper towels, *two (2) trash liners in each waste basket; one (1) prepared in a basket and at least one (1) in the bottom or under the sink. We encourage guests to please be mindful of the supplies we provide and always bring extras as housekeeping does not deliver more than what is required to be left in the homes. We highly encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. Firewood is not provided for homes with wood-burning fireplaces

We really loved the rustic feel and beautiful decorations. The view is outstanding. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The hot tub and internet were not working. I talked with Hummingbird Cabin staff and they notified the owner. We enjoyed the inner tube sledding, 18 hole mini golf, arcades, hiking, shopping, and eating at K Bobs.

The house itself was very nice. However, we felt it could use a deep clean. The floors really need to be mopped. One of the king beds had what looked like dried toothpaste on them and the pillows need to be replaced. The “kids room” with the bunk beds is actually located below the house and has a separate entry. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our kids sleep down there because the only way back into the main house is to exit outside and come in from the back door. We didn’t feel like that was well explained in the description. We ended up buying an air mattress for the kids to sleep on.

kitchen was lacking basic things like foil, could use more items like that since we were staying there and cooking. upper bedroom linens needed attention as well as under bed as discovered upon dropping something. Location was good
