About this house rental
A town house over four floors, less than a five minute walk from Porth beach between Newquay and Watergate Bay. Environmentally friendly with rooftop solar panels. Spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining room on the first floor with a private balcony offering sea views. Living room with a large corner sofa, two chairs, coffee table, 55 inch wall mounted smart TV and large doors leading onto the private balcony with sea views in the distance. Dining area with large wooden table and chairs, seating up to eight guests. Fully equipped kitchen with Neff electric hob, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kitchen island, three breakfast bar stools and door leading out to the garden. Lower ground floor with utility room consisting of washing machine and dryer. Darts board and table tennis table in the garage. WiFi.

Master bedroom on the second floor with super king size bed, balcony and sea views. Master en suite with walk in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, touch screen led light mirror, WC and basin. Second bedroom on the second floor with a super king zip & link bed (can be made into two singles, bedside tables, lamps, hanging rail and garden view. Second en-suite with walk in rainfall shower, touch screen led light mirror, heated towel rail, WC and basin. Ground floor super king zip and link bedroom (can be made into two singles), bedside tables, lamps and access to private patio. Ground floor with chalet bunk bedroom with a double and single bed on top, bedside table and hanging rail with drawers. Luxury family bathroom on the ground floor with free standing bath, walk in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, WC and basin.

Private garden accessible from the side of the house and kitchen with furniture and seating with space for twelve guests. Parking for two vehicles (Please check the Need to know). Balcony accessible from the living room with sea views. Balcony accessible from master bedroom with sea views. Ground floor private patio. Hot and cold outside surf shower with shower curtain. Great place to stay. Very spacious house with everything you need. Can be on the beach within 10 minutes and into Newquay town in half an hour.
