About this house rental
This large, detached house is a four-bedroom, self-catering holiday property based on a Spanish-style villa, set in a select residential area of Newquay surrounded by a lovely inviting garden for relaxation.
The house benefits from a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
Lounge (only) area has air conditioning.
The comfortable lounge seating faces a gas fire, a large flat screen television and sliding patio doors leading to the garden. In one corner of the lounge, an inner lobby gives access to ground-floor double bedroom and a shower-room with hand basin and WC. There is also a second small kitchen.
The kitchen area has oven, hob, WM, Dishwasher, Fidge and Freezer
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with kingsize bed, this room has a Juliette balcony overlooking the well maintained garden. There are two twin bedrooms one of which has a pullout Futon to sleep a 9th person. On the same floor a family bathroom.
There is ample parking on the driveway for several cars. Zappi electric car charger has been fitted.
The garden is well maintained with lawns, shrubs and flowers. There is a BBQ area with outdoor patio heater and plenty of seating along with sun loungers.
The property is located just a 15-minute walk from Lusty Glaze beach, and within a 10-minute walk of Newquay town centre.
Tolcarne Beach and Great Western Beach are also in the area so you couldn’t be better positioned to explore any of the surrounding beaches.
Newquay Zoo and Trenance boating lake are a 5-minute walk away along with a tennis centre which boasts both indoor and outdoor courts. Waterworld with its 25-metre pool, fun-pool and slides is in the same location.
Newquay then boasts many cafes, restaurants and bars and all within walking distance.
While in the area visit Padstow and Rick Steins along with Paul Ainsworths restaurants.
