[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.
[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.
[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them
[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Place was clean, in a great spot if you like to go out and walk around Palm Beach to shop/go to bars, and it was nice to have a pool to use on the odd day we were too tired to drive to the beach!
