About this villa rental
Comfortable and impeccable space for two (2) guests. Private Suite with one (1) king bed, 48” Smart TV, A/C, Free WiFi, and Free parking, beach kit with towels, cooler, and chairs. Fully equipped bathroom with hot water. Kitchenette area with microwave, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, and utensils (the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove, but you can have one Induction kitchen for an additional cost). Private terrace with a two (2) chair and table set. This suite does is not have a pool view.
Our beautiful common areas have a relax pool where you can lie down under the sky of the happy island and our beautiful palm trees. A BBQ spot where you can even cook breakfast on the stove of one of the BBQ, and a phone to make free local calls just for you!

I recommend this place to someone who loves privacy. We received great care from the host. We stayed in the king bedroom, which was super comfortable and spacious. It was only a 5-7 minute walk to the beach, going through the passageway, which was super convenient since we did not rent a car, and the bus stop was also right in front of the Marriot which was right outside the passageway. The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and clean as well, and they had a number we could call if we needed a refresh, which I loved because many rentals do not have that. They also have snorkeling rentals!! I loved this place and will be staying next time I go back.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the manager and staff members. They are on site and and incredibly helpful in making my stay feel like home. The pool and lounge area is beautiful and the entire property is surrounded by palm trees and beautiful garden plantings. It is amazingly clean with updated washroom and shower facilities. Parking is easy right in front of the property and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The barbecue area is available and a local supermarket is walking distance. I am looking forward to my next stay at this beautiful property.

I stayed at this phenomenal Palm Beach Adult only VRBO. The staff was phenomenal. Cybel and Gloria and the other staff made me feel like home. It's very quiet and short walk to Palm. Beach. They have nice pool and lounge chairs and grill that you can just relax and have cocktail and cook. They have 24hours security surveillance. Cybel and Gloria meet me at the front door and welcome me. They helped me with luggage and explained everything to me. I will definitely stay there again. The community is very quiet. The place was spotless. I definitely appreciate that because I am super clean person.
