Nice little house. Older build, has a neat picture in it , looks from 70s (based on a car in the background). Well equipped, clean, easy access to many places. Very quiet neighborhood, which we love. Nice view of the canal. Would have a view out to the sound if not for the neighbor to the left that decided planting a weeping willow on the property line was a good idea. Very nice hot tub. House stays nice and cool in the summer. Its older so lower, be aware if you have lifted trucks. 2 baths total can be a challege. Property manager Molly was Awesome. Would stay again

Very nice property and it was very clean. Only confusion is that vrbo listed property with linens and Surf and Sound listed it linens after May 1st. However Surf and Sound were excellent Host. Had an issue with wifi password and they went out of there way to communicate and fix it. Thethey chrcked back to make sure

House was overall 9/10 the house was clean and well cared for. The dock was nice to have the boat right outside of the door and to catch bait from the canal. The only downside I could find was that the pots and pans left more to be desired. I spend a lot of time in vacation rentals from working in construction. I have to say this was worth every penny and exactly as shown in the listing. I would definitely come back.
