rooms were clean and ac worked well. nice view and good right next to beach. the coffee was good. the owner and staff were nice. good water pressure and temperature in the shower.
not much facility to cook in the "suites". water there is dirty because this beach is near the bridge. I did not like the food in the restaurant. bed not so comfortable.

Owner very helpful, thank you. He gave us a free lift to train station where we caught a bus into Bilhorod which is good to know if you miss your train.Accommodation well equipped to do a meal. Supermarket 15 minutes walk away. In season plenty of nearby restaurants but by late September choice limited. An old Soviet railway and road bridge in view ,connecting the the hotel with Zatoka town. It is interesting to watch the middle section being lifted when the odd ship comes through. One word of warning there is no pedestrian access across this bridge. You can only cross by car or bus. Full sea view from a nice balcony with beach access.

Close to sea, friendly stuff, in general was quiet no loud music of loud companies (but noisy conditioners and poor soundproofing might be huge problem for light sleepers like my wife). Free umbrellas and sunbeds. Free parking and good wifi.
dirty bathroom, smell in bathroom, kitchenette was poorly equipped. Awful soundproofing. Dirty water caused by estuary while mixing fresh and salted water. Not really good sea view on ground floor.
