It is in a beautiful tree lined upscale neighborhood that is quiet and walking distance from the beach. Warning, you are high above the Black Sea, and it was 262 steps down (and back up) . There is a convenience store and superb restaurant called Reef less than a block away. The rack of veal was incredible. The staff were like family and took wonderful care of me. They called ubers as needed and did my laundry and refused to charge. The bar and restaurant was good, and they would customize your meal or drinks however you liked it! The staff makes this place incredible at a very low price. In the middle of a terrible war, this was a safe and secure quiet place. Restaurants, bars, stores and a pharmacy about a mile away, and a lovely walk.

It is an older upscale hotel, which was fine for me, but some visitors might prefer new steel and glass hotels in the city, but not wise at this time.

Зручне розташування, комфортний і чистий номер, чудовий персонал, смачні сніданки, зелена територія та наявність власного паркінгу

Немає витяжкі у ванній кімнаті, відсутнє смарт тв

The grounds are nice.

Not as good as the pictures by a long shot.
