Under war time conditions the restaurant and bar are not operational - which is fully understandable. Breakfast is available from the Spa Club but it is not at the standard the restaurant would provide - also understandable. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We stayed in a Junior Suite was very spacious and with a waterside view. Air raid shelter is available for those who wish to use it. A/C stopped working and was fixed immediately ! We used the spa facilities: pool, wet & dry saunas - everything clean and top draw. Historic decoration was a delight in the pool and throughout the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.
We didn't like the fact that the Russian Invaders have caused so much inconvenience to this hotel.

Terrible service. my wife and i went to the bar at 9:30 PM FOR A drink. A very rude and impolite waiter, literally kiched us out because in there was a party going on. There was no notice, and we were hotel's guest and just wanted a drink at the bar. the waiter "phisically" pushed us away.
the breakfast was awful. A nightmare. There was no buffet and at the menu missing everything. No milk, no fruit, and much more. Also we waited 45 minutes for scrambled eggs that arrived incredibly cold. they didn't bring us other food that we ordered. never again, really really nightmare this hotel.
