A very well presented 1 bedroom apartment set within a brand new development that's located a very short walk away from the heart of the city centre.
The 1 bedroom apartment benefits from having onsite, allocated parking for 1 car, which is a rarity for a property this central.
The first floor property offers open plan living in the lounge/kitchen area. There is a bistro table to seat 4 for dinner and also the added benefit of a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person if required. There is plenty of attention to detail throughout the property and some nice touches such as the underfloor heating in the bathroom which features a shower over the bath.
The bedroom has a double bed plus additional bedroom furniture.
The property makes for an excellent stay in York whether it be a weekend getaway or longer term on business.

Our 6th time staying there.
We personally find the location good - nice to have our own parking space during the stay too.
Apartment is always clean and in good order.
Looking forward to our next stay in December.

A really nice little property, well fitted out and clean throughout. The kitchen has everything needed, the living area was a good size and the bed very comfortable. It was very quiet at all hours, and not too hot on the warmer days. I will note that the complementary Netflix mentioned in the property brochure would not work as login details had been removed from the TV.
