The house was just as advertised and located 5-10 minute bike ride to all Sea Pines key features: stable, nature preserve, beach club, shopping, harbor town and entrance. I especially wanted a house vs a condo in a quiet street. Overall a great value. Only thing to keep in mind is that there is no pool like so many other listings.
