This was a great spot for our family of 4. Fully stocked kitchen, ample space with room for at least one more, a spacious and relaxing pool, bikes and beach chairs for 4. The golf course is right behind the property but plenty of privacy. Several hot spots including the beach, Harbour Town and Coligny plaza were all within bike riding distance.

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was updated but the rest of the home is a little dated. The weekly maintenance for us was the issue. The trash can was 2/3 full when we arrived on Saturday and trash pickup was supposed to occur Wednesday. We had to haul trash away from the home during our stay and call to have the trash picked up on Thursday. The pool was a bit foggy upon arrival and wasn't treated until Wednesday but they only emptied the traps and added water. It wasn't really cleaned. Their was moss/mold forming on the floor of the spa and the pool had sand/dirt accumulation in many corners. Also of note, the owner wanted $750 to heat the spa for the week. We were anticipating paying 250-350 for the spa like past homes we have stayed at in Sea Pines but 750 is pretty steep. We did appreciate the four bikes and beach chairs included with the home. We found a nice route to the beach that was a 5-7 minute bike ride. The home could be very good with a little more attention and minor upgrades.
