About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Brand new home and Dock on the west side of Lake Norman next to all of the restaurants, bars and activities in Denver. Bring your fishing poles and your bathing suits! This is the perfect place for all ages to enjoy. Bring your own boat or rent one. Gas and boats are right there for you. The home features, four bedrooms with queen size beds. Each bedroom has its own bath. It also features the garage set up as a game room with a half bath. There are also four pull-out queen-size sleeper sofas in three different living areas. There is a main kitchen on one side of the house and a full kitchen in the apartment above the garage as well. There are three separate living rooms on every level of the home. Room for the entire family to enjoy.
The entire home is available to guests.

The house is set up for fun and gorgeous views from almost every room. There is a large 7-person hot tub, dock on the water with room for three boats, and plenty of seating. There is a nice fire pit with eight Adirondack chairs. There is also pool table, darts, four smart TVs and cornhole for you to enjoy.
Leftover food or Trash to be taken out upon checkout
Thursday Night put trash bins for Friday pickup.
Clean dishes and start dishwasher prior to checkout.
Put used towels and blankets on the floor or in laundry room at checkout.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The **location is fantastic**, and the pictures online are an exact match for what the house looks like in person.The Highlights: * **Amazing Lake Access:** The dock is nice, and we had a blast using the provided kayaks. * **The Hot Tub:** It was clean, hot, and the perfect way to unwind in the evenings.A Few Things to Note: * **Amenities:** Make sure to pack your own beach towels, as none were provided. Also, the downstairs TV was missing its remote during our stay. * **Connectivity:** The Wi-Fi was quite spotty. The host, Jim, was incredibly nice and actively tried to fix it for us, but it still wasn't working properly by the time we checked out. * **Surroundings:** We noticed a few dogs roaming around the neighborhood loose, just something to keep in mind if you have pets or small kids.Overall, it’s a beautiful spot and Jim was a responsive host. We would definitely recommend it for a lake getaway!

Overall, we had a nice week at the lake, but there were several issues future guests should know about.The home has a great layout with a bathroom for every bedroom, so no one had to share. The covered second-story porch overlooking the lake was our favorite place to relax, and the garage game room with the pool table was a fun bonus. The neighbors were also very friendly.Unfortunately, communication with the owner was poor. I reached out several days before check-in for arrival instructions and received no response. After contacting VRBO support and being told we might need a hotel for the first night, the owner finally sent the entry code just 15 minutes before check-in.The listing says the marina is nearby, but it’s directly across the canal. While convenient for boaters, expect constant forklift noise and heavy boat traffic during the day.There were also maintenance issues. The grill was broken, one bathroom light didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi never worked during our week-long stay, which meant the TVs didn’t work either. We reported it at the start of our stay, but the owner didn’t respond until the second-to-last day. The hot tub was a nice amenity but needed cleaning.The home has a lot of potential, but more responsive communication and better maintenance would make for a much better guest experience.
