It features multiple seating options, including two tables that seat up to 10 people, plus Adirondack chairs for relaxing with a lake view. After a day on the water, unwind in the hot tub or gather by the stone fire pit—perfect for making s’mores and sharing stories from your lake adventures, with firewood provided. A short walk further down brings you to a private beach area, where Adirondack chairs await just steps from the water. Sometimes they are left behind and available, but they are cleaned out regularly. - This property has steps that may be difficult to navigate for young children and older adults. Please proceed with care and be aware of your surroundings. - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - No events, group gatherings, or parties are allowed at any AvantStay property under any circumstances. - Due to natural fluctuations, we’re unable to provide specific water depth information at any given time. The majority of docks in this area are generally suitable for most average-sized pontoons and ski boats. However, since boat drafts can vary, guests are encouraged to refer to Lake Norman nautical charts, GPS systems, and depth maps—and rely on their own knowledge of their vessel’s specifications—to ensure safe navigation. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
