Escape to this beautifully updated condo located on the 7th fairway with lake and mountain views. Experience playing a round of golf at Palm Desert Resort Country Club with its challenging renovated 18 hole par 72 public golf course.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo also includes new flooring and furniture throughout, vaulted ceilings, and an updated fully-equipped kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. Wake up with a cup of coffee and a breathtaking view from the primary bedroom which includes a king size bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom. The quaint, cozy guest bedroom includes queen size bed and flatscreen TV. Feels like a boutique luxury hotel with the comforts of home. There is also a washer and dryer for your extended stay.
The patio is the best feature with stunning views. During the day you can relax in the shade on the patio with a book, or for those that must “work”, the patio table can be a perfect “second office” that will surely not feel like work. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine, beer or your favorite beverage while enjoying the beautiful mountains by the fire pit as the sun sets. The full, well-equipped kitchen has all you will need to cook your best recipes or you can grill on the BBQ.

In addition to the golf course at Palm Desert Resort Country Club, it also includes a driving range, putting green, chipping area and practice bunker to work on your game. There are multiple tennis/pickleball courts if golf isn’t your style. The golf course, tennis courts (7) and pickleball courts (24) are all open to the public for a small fee. Be sure to check out the golf pro shop or tennis/pickle ball lounge for all your needs. If you are hungry, be sure to visit the café for breakfast or lunch. The clubhouse is now open and includes dining, bar and lounge area. Food is delicious! The clubhouse is open to the public.
After a round of golf or a game of tennis or pickleball, you can enjoy one of the community salt water pools/jacuzzis to help soothe your muscles. There are 20 community salt water pools/jacuzzis within the resort if you want a change of scenery. The resort is also beautiful for nice leisurely walks for some good exercise.
Discover the beauty of the desert in the Coachella Valley with an abundance of golf courses, casinos, fine dining, grocery stores, hiking trails, museums and wildlife zoo. Me and a couple friends booked Aimee & Sean's home and we had a lovely stay! Aimee and Sean were great at communicating all the info we needed and any amenity that we could have needed was there. The home was beautiful, clean, and a great place for us to spend our mornings getting ready for Coachella and evenings winding down. We could not be happier with our stay - it was quite obvious that Aimee and Sean take great care and pride in their home and wanted us to enjoy our stay as much as possible.

We had an excellent girl’s getaway! The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. There are several cute trays available to carry snacks and beverages to the wonderful patio terrace - we really enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio and enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day while enjoying the quiet of the golf course and beautiful mountains! The owners are very responsive and the property was very easy to enter/exit. We would definitely come back! Thank you Aimee and Sean!

Aimee and Sean were easy to contact and very friendly. The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable, especially the bed and sectional. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of linens.The house was smaller than we expected. There was no garage so our belongings needed to be stored in the second bedroom. We were relived that our guests didn’t show because the space didn’t accommodate more than two people comfortably.I would recommend instruction for using the TV and the thermostat. We had difficulty navigating both.The barbecue didn’t have gas and the closest swimming pool was a quarter of a mile away.. I realize it’s not the host responsibility but the pool and pool furniture were dirty.
