-No pets allowed
-To keep communication simple, we request only speaking directly with the main host on their booking platform. Any additional guests are welcome to call or text our company number
-Transponders not permitted for guest use. Front gate access only permitted.
-Mailbox access permitted
-Clubhouse, pickleball/tennis, community pool/spas permitted
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

Gate entrance information: The ONLY way to enter and exit is via the gate on Country Club Dr. Cross streets are Country Club and Liberty
To gain community access, please state your full name and provide the property address to the gate attendant. The gate will print a permit that must be visible during your stay. For security reasons, you will need to show your permit each time you enter the community
Please let us know in advance if additional guests need to be added to the gate
Please adhere to the 25-mph speed limit; fines will be imposed for violations.

Good location, but a little bit of road noise.

The location was good. Nice patio and view of the gold course. There is a heated pool very nearby. The bed was very comfortable.Lack of cabinet space in the kitchen for groceries. A fair amount of road noise day and night. Master bath is small and tight.
