In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Public parking 250 m. Grocery, restaurant, bar, bus stop 200 m. Hiking paths: Giro del Sole e della Luna 200 m, Monteviasco. Please note: car recommended.
