About this apartment rental

Old, rustic apartment house "Borghetto", 650 m a.s.l.. In the centre of Agra 8 km from the centre of Luino, in an elevated position, 5 km from the lake. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use). Motor access to the house. Public parking 250 m. Grocery, restaurant, bar, bus stop 200 m. Hiking paths: Giro del Sole e della Luna 200 m, Monteviasco. Please note: car recommended.
1-room studio 30 m2 on 1st floor. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 2 beds and TV. Kitchenette (oven, 4 induction hot plates). Shower/WC. Electric heating, boiler (45 litres).
