Enjoy snorkeling with the sea turtles, humpback whale watching in the winter or gazing at rainbows, this property is perfect for it all! The Kahana Sunset sits on Keonenui Bay and feels as though it has its own private beach.
Conveniently located minutes from world-renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali, and steps from shops, markets and restaurants in Napili, this property is also just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:
• 2 BD / 2 BA (king- master, queen + twin- guest bedroom, No sofa sleeper)

Beautifully decorated and appointed, two bedrooms, two bath condo with air conditioning throughout. In the living area downstairs there is a dining table with four chairs as well as four barstools for dining around the granite cooking peninsula. There is a leather sofa with two reclining seats, two comfy side chairs, and a 48" Vizio HDTV r that allows Netflix, You-Tube and VUDU streaming, along with the standard cable lineup. On the spacious ocean-view lanai there is outdoor seating for four with great views of the beach, ocean and remarkable sunsets over the island of Lana'i.
Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

The Kahana Sunset is a lovely small condo association. The grounds are beautiful and the small sandy beach is very nice. Overall, we had a great experience. There was some storm damage with a sink hole area that they are working on. The unit, B6, was a little dated. AC worked well. Kitchen was missing a few things (no large salad bowl) and none of the dishes matched. The washing machine would not fill with water.

The view of the beach was beautiful from our unit. We regularly enjoyed just standing and looking at the ocean and surrounding property.

dirty carpet stairs and glass wall in master bath; lack of dining table light; squishy, squeaky mattress; lack of kitchen utensils (spaghetti fork, rubber scraper), mold in closet above kitchen sink; light/fan issues in second bedroom; boogie boards appreciated but would have rather had low beach sitting chairs, pool too small for adults; scary erosion of lawn; view was great!

We had an amazing stay and the property was perfect for us. Ocean views, full kitchen, separate spaces for our teen daughters and ourselves and direct beach access. We loved the little beach and the quiet area of Maui. It was just the paradise we were looking for!
