Beautifully decorated and appointed, two bedrooms, two bath condo with air conditioning throughout. In the living area downstairs there is a dining table with four chairs as well as four barstools for dining around the granite cooking peninsula. There is a leather sofa with one reclining seat, two comfy side chairs, and a 48" Vizio HDTV with a Blue-ray disc/DVD player that allows Netflix, You-Tube and VUDU streaming, along with the standard cable lineup. On the spacious ocean-view lanai there is outdoor seating for four with great views of the beach, ocean and remarkable sunsets over the island of Lana'i.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Maui on the Fly for baby equipment rentals – this includes baby beach toys and other beach necessities for children. For more details and information check them out on the web!

Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs &Rotisserie, A’a Roots, Joey’s, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort.
