Conveniently located minutes from world-renowned golf courses at Kapalua and Kaanapali, and steps from shops, markets and restaurants in Napili, this property is also just a few miles away from the excitement of Kaanapali Resort. This unit proudly features:

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. For convenience, there is a Napili Market, a grocery store that is about ¼ mile away. Also located at the Napili Plaza are retail shops and a few eateries including Mama’s Ribs &Rotisserie, A’a Roots, Joey’s, and Maui Tacos. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a great Happy Hour with both food and drink specials!
Kapalua’s beauty can be enjoyed through hikes, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. Enjoy the ease of the Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Trails or the very difficult Mahana Ridge Trail. Kapalua is home to some of Maui’s best restaurants. Higher end spots like Merrimans, Sansei, the Plantation House Restaurant, Cane and Canoe, and the Banyan Tree are wonderful for any special occasion.

We had a wonderful stay under the warm Hawaiian sun. The condo itself was lovely, very clean, and well equipped, with two balconies offering stunning views. The beds were comfortable, and the entire place felt quiet and relaxing — perfect for unwinding.We did experience an issue with the air conditioning, but as soon as we called, a technician arrived within 30 minutes. He completed the necessary maintenance and solved the problem in less than three hours. After that, the AC worked perfectly for the rest of our stay, which we truly appreciated.The kitchen had most of what we needed, but a few basic essentials were missing, such as salt and pepper, cooking oil, aluminum foil, and maybe a small cooler bag. We also noticed there were only four forks available. None of these were major issues, but adding these small items would make the experience even better for future guests.Overall, we had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely come back without hesitation.

We had a big party of 6 and this condo met all of our needs. We love the view, the beach. The morning showers and mountain views while the sun shined the rest of the day. Condo was clean and well kept. If we had one complaint it would be the king bed in the master it has a dip on one side nearest to the closet that yoy sink in and it was cery uncomfortable to sleep on. So we would recommend a new mattress. But everything else was wonderful!

We enjoyed staying up in Kahana which was a bit north of the main resorts in Kaanapali - the beach at the resort was not ideal for swimming or snorkeling, but we did see turtles there. The Kahana Sunset was easy access to Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay which were really nice beaches. The property grounds were very nice and the pool / grilling area were nice. The communication and check in/out process were both very good. The kitchen could provide a few more very basic amenities that I find common in VRBO listings and the cutlery and plates could use an update.

Our stay at Kahana Sunset was very enjoyable. My family has stayed their many times over the years. The unit was clean and well appointed. Some of the issues where the ice maker didn't work, there were only 3 spoons, and the screen door down stairs needs replaced. I called in a service request to unclog the master bath sink and fix the noisy AC unit down stairs. They came to unclog the sink the next morning. The wall mounted AC down stairs made this continuous loud 4 BUZZ sounds almost every hour, 24 hours a day. When I mentioned this to the service person, they didn't sound very encouraging that it would get fixed. When the person checked in with us the day before we left, we mentioned it again but we got push back. That said we didn't let those things bother us and we had a great time. The unit is as advertised and we would stay there again.
