Summertime Sweetness in St.Augustine- Close to Festival Locations & Downtown!

House is adorable and beautifully decorated. 3rd bedroom is beautiful, but would only be comfortable for a kid. Very soft bed. We were 3 adult females and 2 had to share the master because 3rd bed was too soft and not usable for an older adult. Master bed is very high - be prepared. Very pretty tho. Sadly, hot tub was inoperable. Drove to down town - not realistically walkable for average person. Microfiber sheets - women of a certain age be aware . Living room very spacious and comfortable. We were mostly sad about the hot tub - one of the reasons we booked it. Would have loved a discount for this point. Had leaves and very green. Was told previous guest messed it up so hopefully the next guest will have operable.

Kitchen fully equipped……the hot tub unusable as the top was partially off and leaves were in it, the back door key pad worked sometimes and the key we were given access to, the same. The huge couch in the living room was wonderful! The manager was prompt in getting back to us.

We had a great stay with our adult kids so the big sectional couch in the family room was awesome! All the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so nice. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and super clean. The property manager was easy to get a hold of when we forgot how to use the door keypad - she was very patient and kind. The location was wonderful too!

Booked rental for my friend’s 60th birthday. A girls weekend. We liked that it was close to town and had enough bedrooms and a hot tub which was a huge plus for us! from the get go the host treated us like we were some reckless teenagers. Reiterating over and over again what the house rules were. Told us we had only enough room in the driveway for two cars although it states on the site that 3 cars can fit in the driveway but she insisted we park the 3rd car in a parking garage 2 blocks away for 20 per day. We parked our 3 cars in the driveway because they fit… we all drove from different parts of Florida. Don’t even ask if you can check in a minute early cuz you can’t! Also, at exactly check in time she informed us that the hot tub was broken blaming it on the previous guests. Saying they put Epsom salts or bath bombs in it. When we got there we examined the hot tub. It was a mosquito invested cesspool of algae and full of leaves. There is absolutely no possible way that the hot tub JUST BROKE. It has been down for months! She deliberately lied about when and how it broke! In my opinion she should have been honest about the hot tub from the get go and let us decide if we still wanted to stay. It was all very shady and when we started looking at reviews we found out that she had done the same to past quests. Apparently this woman is so neurotic about you following HER rules but she doesn’t return the respect. In my opinion she should take the hot tub off of the description.
