The ground floor boasts two large living rooms, a library room, a bathroom, and a fully equipped open kitchen with amenities such as a cooker, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher.
Enjoy a beautiful open veranda with a southward view of the city and partial sea views. The porch is furnished for ultimate relaxation. The west entrance leads to a vast garden, an olive tree hill, and a swimming pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas on the 750 sq.m. plot. For additional relaxation in the villa there is a jacuzzi.
The first floor features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, offering stunning sea and city views. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bath. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, each providing either city and sea views or a view of the garden and swimming pool.
The second floor (Loft) presents a large suite across the entire floor, comprising a double bed, a living area with a pull-out couch for children, a bathroom, a seaside terrace, and a park-view terrace.
The basement houses a fitness area, storage, and an additional bathroom.
The garage offers parking spaces for 3 cars, with additional outdoor parking space available.
