Villa Ixora is a 4-bedroom modern villa located in the peaceful residential area of Split next to the beautiful park-forest Marjan. Hosting affluent clientele looking for luxury furnished, modern and fully equipped estates, villa is ideally located for clients that want to experience Split and its attractive surroundings.
Ground Floor:
This area consists of two large living rooms, library room, bathroom and a completely equipped open kitchen (a cooker, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, a freezer, a dishwasher). South entrance to a beautiful open veranda overlooking a south part of the city with partial sea views. Porch includes seating furniture for relaxing. West entrance to big garden, olive tree hill and swimming pool area including sunbeds and umbrellas (plot of 750 sq.m.).
First Floor:
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet is spread over the sea side of the house providing beautiful views of the sea and the city. Beautiful large balcony with a breath-taking view. Bathroom includes both shower and a bath with underfloor heating.There are additional 2 double bedrooms (city and sea view or garden/swimming pool view), each one with en-suite bath-room with underfloor heating and walk-in closet.
