About this house rental

Totally renovated home in a rural/quiet setting just 15 minutes from downtown Chattanooga! Come rest and recharge here. This home offers two bedrooms and one full bathroom. One queen bed and one full bed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Stainless steel appliances with new cabinets and granite countertops. Keurig with K-Cups provided. The home has mountain views and is right across the street from a creek. Close proximity to hiking, rock climbing and much more just minutes away. Plenty of parking and boat friendly parking!

We had a perfect getaway at Genevieve’s Cottage. It strikes a rare balance...close enough to town for convenience, yet peaceful, quiet, and full of that charming country feel that makes it easy to truly relax.The host was attentive without being intrusive and made sure the cottage was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat or quiet stay in the Hixon area

Cute and Cozy. Husband and I had a wonderful experience staying here. Charming Cottage with all the Amenities! So nice to have a home away from home.Thank you for sharing this Gem!

Great stay here. Super tight fit backing a boat but it’s doable. Place was very clean and perfect for couple nights for me and my two boys to stay and fish Chicc. Would certainly book again.
