About this house rental
Our beautiful quiet home is located minutes from downtown Chattanooga and just down the street from Northgate mall. Our fantastic deck is a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The house we are offering is a great size.
We have a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We are opening our home for guests to enjoy and relax. It is fully furnished and a delightful home with three comfortable queen beds and a big couch that can be an awesome nap spot (not a pull out) also we can provide a queen size air mattress if necessary so we could accommodate 8 people comfortably. This is our home too. We live in a separate basement apartment, so you may hear us moving around but we will be as quiet as possible; just thought you should be aware.
There is a full kitchen with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and refrigerator. You will have full access to the deck and very close to lots of shopping.
We are only 15 min from Chester Frost Park which has a swimming beach and some water sports that can be rented. Also very close to Ruby Falls, Rock City and The Incline Railway. The Tennessee Aquarium is a fun place to go and only minutes away. Lots of hiking trails and fun things to do including Coolige Park. We are also 15 minutes from where the Ironman begins. Camp Jordan has an amazing light show during the Christmas season as well.
-We would love families to be guests but our space is not child proof so you will be responsible to make the space suitable for children.
-Although the space is cleaned between reservations there won't be housekeeping during your stay so if you need something please feel free to ask

The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. We couldn’t have found a house better suited for our stay. The home is very spacious and a great floor plan. Kitchen is beautiful and lots of eating space. The outside areas are very comfy and relaxing. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Michael the owner was great to work with and made us feel very welcome. Thanks so much!

We had such a good experience last time (2 years ago), we booked it again! It was a quick stop, overnight stay for our family and it provided exactly what we needed! Papa John’s right down the road for easy dinner and movies for a restful evening/night before continuing our travels!
