A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.
For Coffee - we have both a plain coffee maker, as well as a Keurig for which we provide some pods, creamers and sweetener.
Smart TV with basic cable.
Fable Bookshop located next door to The Behrens Lofts serving great pastries and coffee.
This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.

Location is excellent for exploring many of the best food, shopping, and entertainment in Waco, We really enjoyed the Waco Indie Film Fest, Balconies Distillery, lunch at Hecho in Waco, and breakfast at Cafe Cappuccino. Beds were supportive and comfy, AC worked great, and everything was sparkling clean. Great place to stay with a cool industrial vibe.

I ended up staying an extra two weeks (for a total of 3 weeks)! I was in town for work and it was like home away from home. The unit was comfy and I honestly couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day lol. I would recommend everyone to stay here. It’s not easy finding accommodations sometimes, but the Timeout at 203 checked every box! I would stay again and again and again!!Thank you for creating such a beautiful space for others to enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was efficiently handled and communications were excellent. The place was charming and clean and exactly as described. This has got to be one of the best places to stay when visiting the highlights in Waco! Most everything was in walking distance. Adorable loft, comfortable and clean. And super safe! If we go back we will definitely stay here again.
