About this apartment rental
Experience a nostalgic nod to Old Waco at Silo Studio, a beautifully updated loft in the historic Behrens Building—just steps from Magnolia, Baylor, and the heart of downtown. Thoughtfully designed with vintage-inspired touches and modern furnishings, this unique space blends timeless style with everyday comfort.
Large, panoramic windows flood the space with natural light and showcase sweeping views of downtown Waco, making it one of the loft’s standout features. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, dining space for four, a cozy breakfast nook (or workspace), and plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and reconnecting.
Additional highlights include a luxurious bathroom, free designated parking, and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. With its industrial charm and unbeatable location, Silo Studio is the perfect spot to experience Waco in style—whether you’re here for a quick getaway or a longer stay.

Guests have access to the entire condo, with the exception of one locked supply closet.
Other things to note
A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.
Smart TV in living area with streaming apps.
Families - we do have a pack 'n play.
Twin sleeper sofa and a comfortable single fold out bed located in the closet.
This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area. We do offer a white noise machine by the bed.

Great condo!! Loved being so close to restaurants and things to do! The club across the street plays good music but, thankfully the host included earplugs. Would definitely stay here again!
