Welcome and personal key delivery until 20.00.
A complete weekly cleaning (for reservations of more than 7 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and highchair will be provided (on request) for children under 2 years of age.
Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
One dog is allowed paying a fee of 100€.
A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:
-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80

👎 Everything was good . We were aware of the many steps to get to the apartment .
There is a key missing which would not give access/exit to the pool if gates were closed . We raised this issue but it wasn’t rectified. It didn’t inconvenience us but it may do for future guests . Not sure the agent believed us that we didn’t have a key on the sets he gave us

Perfect place for a couple to spend time- lovely views especially New Year’s Eve for fireworks. Lovely and quiet area. Couple of small downsides A lot of steps to property if you are of a older generation Shower extremely small , if your a larger person if will be hard to use, I’m broad and just about squeezed in. Really need a car hire or expect to spend money on taxis as not much around within walking distance. Only small downsides, would it stop me stay here again - no, I would happily stay again if we didn’t have to get taxis so much. All in all I would give the place a solid 7/10

👍 Location worked well for us as fit and able people. It was up high, so the views were fantastic, but there were about 760 steps down to the beach, or a longer route down the road. That said you cant avoid the 70 steps down to the property. So if you cant do steps, avoid. If you can, location is great, views superb and only 15 minute walk to main water front restaurants.
👎 Property was a little dated and had a very limited supply of hot water. No long showers here.
