Salobre Los Lagos 10 is a holiday home for guests who enjoy light-filled spaces, easy outdoor living and a simple, comfortable base in the south of Gran Canaria. Large glass windows open the house towards the terrace, bringing the outdoors into everyday holiday moments.
The property is located in the Los Lagos complex, an interior area of Salobre Golf Resort situated amongst the resort's golf course, gardens and residential areas. It offers views of the golf course and mountains, with resort services available a short drive away.
With 95 m² of living space on a plot of 285 m², the house is a good option for 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds, another bathroom with shower and a living area with dining room and kitchen.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxed holiday routines: covered terrace, outdoor dining area, garden, sun loungers, barbecue, garage and parking. The house also features a small private pool of 3 x 1.5 metres, ideal for refreshing moments at home, as well as access to an 18 x 5 metre shared pool.
Electric heating for the private pool is available for an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C.
Inside, the house includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning for cooling only, satellite television, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, safe, oven, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, toaster, juice extractor, iron and ironing board.
Your booking includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and mid-stay cleaning with towel and bed linen change for stays of more than 7 nights.

The house was nice and clean and well
maintained.Unfortunately the house is located next to the parking lot of the hotel. This is why it is quite noisy during the night, especially during the weekends as the Hotel plays live music in the evening. Currently a lot of construction work is happening in the resort, so that there is a lot of noise between workdays. The communication with the reception is possible via WhatsApp, which was quite nice to address questions and issues during the stay.
