Great location for all ages

The layout of the house works so well for our family. Adults can be in the living room talking and laughing, and someone can sleep upstairs, undisturbed. Although the kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses, cups, and silverware, it needed more/better cookware and kitchen items, like a potato peeler. The house had two dust pans, but no broom. The kitchen had only one kitchen towel. The refrigerator was not nearly large enough for our needs. The ironing board had no cover. Vacasa was a good company to deal with. When the downstairs air quit working, and we didn't realize it until after dinner, they sent someone to repair it that night. This can be a great house. It just needs some personal attention.

The house was clean good access to the beach. We had a great family time. Plenty of bedrooms bathrooms. The only thing that was wrong was the remotes for the tv did not work.

Pros: location, beach view, ample space.Cons: every cushion has stains, walls are scuffed in many areas, and early check in and late check outs are not permitted. Last note, may be a big deal to some and not others, but i rented this home off Vrbo only to deal with Vacasa ultimately...not a fan of vacasa.

This clean, lovely home housed our group of 10 adult guests between ages 47 and 75. There was plenty of space to move around freely and the location was perfect. Close to the grocery store and restaurants. The view of the beach and Gulf was AMAZING!!! We were steps from the beach, just how we like it. The appliances were user friendly. On the downside, we noticed there were no chairs in the bedrooms which would have been helpful, especially for older guests, and there were no extra blankets so we recommend bringing your own blankets if you are prone to get chilly. The shower pressure in two of the upstairs rooms was low but doable. We also found a few dead bugs but at least that indicated the pest control works. The TV in the living room gave us a little trouble but we were able to overcome it so we could watch football. Overall our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back (with extra blankets lol). Thanks!

Overall, it is a nice house in a great location. Lots of rooms which was perfect for our large extended family. We did find a few roaches, the house is not very well stocked with kitchen item so you need to bring your own for everything. We did have an issue with the smoke detector going off. the ceilings are 12+ feet so we couldn't change out the batteries ourselves. Staff did come out and they were very nice but didn't have a ladder tall enough to fix. We continued to have the beeping each night. I wish that could have been resolved. Wish we would have had a few more blankets and walls were not so thin.

It was a great house! Very spacious with great location. Loved how big the bedrooms were & that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Also loved the big open kitchen/living room. House was big enough for extended family to stay together for a family wedding & never felt crowded. Also loved being able to just walk outside & be on beach. Would highly recommend this house!

But Be prepared to bring your own chairs and umbrellas. Or buy them when you get there. Every rental on the beach has a service that put chairs an umbrellas out but this one and the one next to it which both are managed by Vacas do not. There is Not a shower to rinse off at out side just an hose . All the chairs inside the house their cushions are filthy. The sounds and voices reverberate through out the house. The entire time of our stay there was construction next door and across the street also circular saws nail compressor and nail gun hammers and yelling and cursing when the person in charge wasn’t happy with the workers . The small pool at the property is a great to have but the tile inside the pool was very dirty built up crude on it. The house is nice but needs a bit of upkeep done on it . The entrance door to the house was very filthy. The stairs going up to the second floor was very slippery the paint is wearing off. The bedrooms are nice the beds are comfy nice linens and pillows . The bathrooms were clean . The living space couch and chairs were pretty nice an comfortable. The living room rug had stains on and it a curls up at edge …a trip hazard . Kitchen islands is great . Lots of chairs . There are Lots an lots of coffee cups . Ice machine is convenient. The sliding doors to the outside porch’s 1st floor and the bedroom balcony sliding door do not lock the locks are broken .. a security issue . The sliding door on first floor half bath falls off the track and it’s a very large big heavy door that can fall on someone in the hall. Few broken outlets also . There where reports from 2nd floor guest in west bedrooms that there was a animal in attic maybe a squirrel or other animal they heard every night. We did see roaches in the house the small inside ones an also the big outside ones too . The big tv in the living room did not stay on when it was turned on took 2 days for someone to come out and assist m. The beach is amazing. The house size was nice for a large family .. regardless of all these nit pick issues it is Over is all a good house to stay at and great location even with the construction sound pollution. We enjoyed our family get away .

This house is in a perfect location. We had our first cousins reunion here the big living room, and the big back porch were awesome. The pool although it’s small we did not notice. It was a great addition. Every room had a bathroom and the beds are super comfortable. I would recommend this house to anyone and I will be raining this house again next year!

I loved the spacious home of 8 bedrooms with a full pantry closet and walk in laundry. The open floor plan accommodated our family of 13 splendidly! I loved the big round table to play game. There was a nice long dining table and plenty of seats around the gigantic island! The beach was a few steps from the house and we had a nice boardwalk. The driveway had covered space for 5 cars and that was wonderful! We loved the separate ice maker over at the bar area and sink. The fudge and freezer was large enough for all of our food for our big family. The gas stove and dishwasher did their jobs remarkably! My family has found the beach house that we want to revisit each year! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us!

Beautiful house facing the beach. Easy boardwalk and your on the beach in 3 minutes. The deck was perfect for large families with a spectacular view of sunrise and sunsets. The kitchen could use a few items like basic drying towels ect otherwise not a big problem. I look forward to our next visit

The house and location were spectacular. We had a mixture of adults, teenagers, and two toddlers… a party of 17 in total. Plenty space in this greatly laid out beach house and everyone had their “space”. The kitchen and family room are spacious and nice for entertaining and enjoying family time. As stated in previous posts, the kitchen lacks a few things such as silverware, cooking utensils, and refrigerator space for an 8 bedroom house. Overall, a great house and wouldn’t hesitate renting again.

We loved the clean and accommodating space just steps from the beach. I enjoyed being able to view the gulf from the lower and upper decks. Rooms are large and have on on-suite bathroom. Great space for gathering together and getting your own privacy if/when needed.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this stylish beach front house. There was plenty of room to do what ever our hearts desire--to sit in a quote place to read or gather in a spacious area to play cards or dine. Booking process was easy and the check-out was easier. I'd stay here again.

Great layout or house and location on the beach! House not the top of the line quality but very nice. Kitchen wasn't very well stocked to have 8 nice size bedrooms each with a bath!! Loved the deck and pool. Loved having the beach in from of us basically ours. Management came for any concerns or repairs immediately. Overall a Very Very nice house and, again, we loved the location of this house to the area

Beautiful layout, location, but could definitely have been cleaner. Broken lawn chairs scattered in garage, dirty entry way, weeds growing through walls of garage and trash strewn around property. Very dirty under sofas and chairs. Blind off 1 bedroom window. Trash cans over flowing. Pool was dirty. Property manager contacted on Saturday but it took contacting every day until finally Thursday issues were resolved. Never talked to a live person. When contacting property management. For price very disappointed!

On the beach, small pool and large deck, great for large group (15) and close to shopping, walmart, publix and restaurants. House needs minor repairs? Chuck of floor missing in the kitchen, charcoal grills are beginning to rust, several knobs missing on various pieces of furniture and bedding uncomfortable. Two window blinds missing. Stayed a week. No guidebook for recommendation which would have been nice.
