Place was very nice. Ample room for my group of people (9 people). Location is a little far from Tampa and St. Petersburg during rush hour but plenty of food options nearby

We really enjoyed the stay. Family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the garage game room! That was a hit! Pool table was a huge hit! We had a great tournament. The only thing I would change is the bed near the living room was not comfortable. It seems to have a board under it. Also, adding more garbage bags, and cleaning spray. We luckily brought our own. The ice machine in the fridge didn't work well so we bought ice. Host was great!! Very family friendly.
