The perfect place to unwind!
Master room boasts a super comfy king bed, a stylish built-in wall dresser, mock fireplace, as well as a riverfront balcony.
Loft is great for lovers of Boho style, queen bed w/ ample space to stretch out for yoga as well as a private crow’s nest balcony!
3rd bed(twin) can be found in a repurposed library room.
Take a dip in the jetted jacuzzi tub w/ a sunset view!
A full kitchen awaits your cooking needs!
Large private dressing/makeup room is a favorite!
This is a quiet/peaceful - no parties, yelling, or loud music.
Very spacious 3 bed 2 bath 3 balcony unit with private makeup/dressing room!
Located on 2nd story of this building.
1st floor is a completely separate unit.
This is located on a private road with 5 other homes on it.
Next door is a small boat ramp and other cabins. About a block away, you can expect to see a boat shop and storage units for boats. 1 mile away, there are baseball fields and the beginning of the Riverwalk Trail that leads to historic downtown St. Joseph! Two miles away is the casino and brand new mountain bike trails.
If you’re looking for an authentic riverfront getaway, with neighbors that will welcome you like family and a sunset view that never gets old, you will love it here 🙌🏼
Note: There is a train that passes by about a block and a half away so if you’re a light sleeper, sleep in the room closest to the river or use a white noise app or fan.
Fireplace is just for looks but you`re welcome to the provided fire pit outside!
Firewood is available for purchase on site and supports a local retired farmer.
The entire unit is yours! The parking area is available to you as well the yard! Feel free to build a fire in the fire pit on the waterfront.

For cancellations within the full refund window, card processing fees will be deducted.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside! 🚭 $1000 minimum fine if rule is broken.
If you smoke outside, be sure your cigarettes end up in the trash, not on the ground.
All guests and pets must be accounted for in the booking! Unauthorized pets/guests can result in a fine of up to $100 per pet/guest per day.
If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
No animals on the furniture or beds! Breaking this rule can result in extra cleaning up to $200.
If your dog barks when you leave, please take them with you. Barking disruptions to neighboring guests can result in them wanting to cancel and you will be responsible for their refund amount if you are the cause.
If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them or make previous arrangements to hire the maid to do this for you otherwise additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
The included maid services will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, dust, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we keep low cleaning/maid fees, so we appreciate your help in keeping it this way 🙌🏼

The cabin was spectacular. The first thing you notice upon entering is how emaculately clean everything is. Anthony was very pleasant to speak with and Everytime I left him a message he was fairly quick to reply. The view of the river being the cabin was great. Easy check-in and check-out. The upstairs loft was beautiful. Tip, the upstairs loft isn't meade for tall people above 6 ft. I couldn't tell you how many times I smacked my head. Would definitely rent again in the future!!

Host was very responsive! Loved the loft room and the jacuzzi tub! The place was beautiful but older. Had some issues with the plumbing leaking, needs updated. Very dark getting in after sunset, you have to walk around to the back and not much light. They don't allow use of the laundry facilities unless you pay extra and then limited to 2 loads of laundry. I feel like that should have been stated on the site, not found out the day before checkin.

Cabin was very cozy. Kids loved the loft space and hot tub. Water was hot and heat was abundant once we got it figured out. Host was very responsive with all questions during stay. New deck going on while we were there but hardly noticed any work being done. Beds were comfortable and all amenities as expected.

It was exactally as it said it was, cozy cabin by the river. We had the penthouse and did not hear any of our neighbors. The view was beautiful. We were far enough off the beaten path to be relaxing but close enough to go out very a bit.
