This spacious house has everything you need for short or long term stay, propped in the safest neighborhood!
Your new home away from home boasts a full kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart tv, Fully Fenced backyard, and home to owls, eagles, beavers, and river otters... so keep your eye out for cool wildlife!
If you’re lucky, you can see the bald eagle swoop down and grab a fish out of the river!

Located near the end of a private road with only 5 other buildings, this is the safest neighborhood around! Ample parking for even larger vehicles. Nearby is the entrance to amazing mountain bike trails, the riverwalk, the casino, and a few short miles to downtown! A train passes by about the distance of 2 blocks away on occasion. The guidebook includes great places to dine as well as some fun activities for everyone!

No parties or events. Please keep it quiet and respectful to neighbors.
For cancellations within the full refund window, card processing fees will be deducted.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside! 🚭 $1000 minimum fine if rule is broken.
If you smoke outside, be sure your cigarettes end up in the trash, not on the ground.
All guests and pets must be accounted for in the booking! Unauthorized pets/guests can result in a fine of up to $100 per pet/guest per day.
If you brought a pet, do not leave them at the property unsupervised unless they are kenneled. Unsupervised dogs tend to tear down curtains, bark, and get on furniture.
No animals on the furniture or beds! Breaking this rule can result in extra cleaning up to $200.
If you use appliances, dishes, etc, please clean, dry, and return everything where you found them or make previous arrangements to hire the maid to do this for you otherwise additional cleaning fee will be assessed.
The included maid services will take care of linens, towels, wipe down, taking out trash, sweep, dust, and mop, but please pick up after yourself and be tidy. This is how we keep low cleaning/maid fees, so we appreciate your help in keeping it this way 🙌🏼

Beautiful home in great location. Couldnt enjoy yhe whole property because of the cold. Hopefully come back in the spring

The home was nice and clean. We appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. The area was very quiet, except for the sounds of the train whistle... which we LOVED hearing! Spectacular sunset view!!

This is located on the Missouri River with nice relaxing views. The house was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. Property management responds timely to questions. The fenced yard has adequate space for pets or cheldren. We stayed 1 night and didn't use the kitchen, but it appeared adequately stocked with minimal clutter.
