About this house rental
In Saint-Victor-la-Coste, we offer this charming 97 m² air-conditioned house for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features a 44 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 200 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 44 m² living room with TV, armchairs, table... and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: One bedroom with double bed (140×190), TV, closet and desk
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV and closet
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A beautiful 200 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- Less than 30 minutes from Avignon, Uzès, Orange, Pont du Gard...
- 10 minutes from Tavel
- 1h from the sea or the Cévennes mountains
- Visit the medieval village of character
- Boules and tennis courts
- Several marked hiking trails nearby
- Many historic sites to visit: the CASTELLAS castle overlooking the old village, the remains of Caesar's camp or the Sainte Baume chapel carved into the rock.
Transportation:
- You can park directly in the garage (5.1x3m), in the enclosed parking space or in the private parking space (no clause).
- Nearest train station: Avignon SNCF 26 km (approx. 30 minutes by car)
