The interior of the home was very clean and had everything we needed. The outside and backyard was less tidy with the deck, furniture and backyard needing some TLC. The location for visiting Charlotte and the surrounding area was good. Most of the places we visited and restaurants were about 20-25 minutes away of closer. We hiked Crowder’s Mountain, visited the Whitewater Center (awesome dog park)c and Reedy Creek Preserve and ate at some very good restaurants. The neighborhood appears to be in the process of revival with some renovated houses scattered among houses needing TLC.

Nice renovated property. Strong Wi-Fi for both streaming and multiple devices used for work. Responsive host. The neighborhood is a little intimidating but had no issues. Check in was smooth as was checkout. Very close to CLT airport and minutes from downtown.

Place was nice and mostly clean, beds were comfortable, dining table was sticky and had crumbs all over. No communication for check in and rules I had to call to ask about our check in
