Nice renovated property. Strong Wi-Fi for both streaming and multiple devices used for work. Responsive host. The neighborhood is a little intimidating but had no issues. Check in was smooth as was checkout. Very close to CLT airport and minutes from downtown.

Place was nice and mostly clean, beds were comfortable, dining table was sticky and had crumbs all over. No communication for check in and rules I had to call to ask about our check in
