Summertime is located in the highly desirable old neighborhood of MacGregor Blvd. within minutes to the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford Winter home as well as Downtown Ft. Myers. Summertime is a three bedroom, three and 1/2 bathroom villa. The Villa is centrally located and close in distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy the Florida lifestyle but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 20 minutes to Matlacha, 15 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 20 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home.
Summertime features a light coastal décor; the three bedrooms are fitting for an extended family with one king size bed and two queen beds.
The Villa can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this unique set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious organic design with a great floor plan that still offers plenty of privacy for each party.
The Villa features a family room with comfortable couches as well as a big screen tv in addition to a formal dining room and bar area for additional seating. The formal dining area has a full view of the pool area and water.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its fully stainless appliances as well as high top bar. The floor plan is open and let's you be part of being in the entertainment when working in the kitchen and you are not missing watching TV in the living room. The large sliding doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment and sunrise views
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, just relaxing and enjoying morning coffees. The dock with amazing views down the canal can be used for sunrise views, fishing or just enjoying the wild life.

Our family had a wonderful Spring Break at the house where we could all sleep comfortably and enjoy the pool! The Property Management company was very responsive!

We were told the pool was heated and the heat was not on. It was cool outside when we arrived so we sat by the pool but didn't get in. I called because as the outside temp came up the pool temp didn't. My husband was able to turn the heater on however it very warmed up. We were very disappointed as this was why we rented this house. We wanted the heated pool.
