Very nice roomy home. Close to family, restaurants and the beach. A few minor issues but nothing that hindered our stay. Definitely would recommend this home for a large family.

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Fort Myers. It was very spacious, and the backyard pool was awesome. Some relatives stopped by and they all mentioned how it is much bigger on the inside than it looks from the street. We enjoyed its proximity to major thoroughfares to get around the city, yet it was in a quiet neighborhood where you could walk around. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great, quiet neighborhood, looks well taken care of. They were not done cleaning when we arrived at check in, but not problem, she finished and we unpacked and the kids swam. Positives- the house has lots of space and separated areas that gave us room we wanted. Washer and dryer. They had nice seating area on back porch with TV and small fridge where we didn't have to go in and out of the house to get drinks. Also an outdoor shower. A large kitchen fridge, comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a layout very nice if someone is in a wheelchair or limited walking abilities. My father has these limitations and if we knew the house was so compatible for him he could have come. Walk-in shower, almost 0 entry. Still have to keep curtain inside and careful not to spray shower at the curtain. Also ramp entering house, would be great to highlight this in the house details. Of course there still is a step to go outside to back porch and no handle to help if you need it.
Negatives-The pool wasn't clean. There was a lot of air in the pool pump and one of the grates that cover a pipe was not in place. We didn't know how to use a ceiling fan/light. Also dirt and hair on sheets on trundle bed. There wasnt extra bedding, except 1 blanket and some throws. I spoke to Courtney our property manager and she tried to get someone over to take care of it. Hard on a holiday and at the beginning of a weekend. We loved our stay, house was comfortable and homey.
