The house was immaculate. Bedrooms were comfortable. We really enjoyed using the jacuzzi, basketball court and fire pit during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home on 2.2 acres. The lake is very low but the property was just beautiful with lovely sunsets off the balcony. We took morning and evening strolls in the neighborhood and saw deer and cardinals each time. This property was great for all ages. The only issue we had was low water pressure. Not sure if this was due to low lake levels or something specific to the house. We visited Blanco and the Guadalupe River State Park while we were here and thoroughly enjoyed both. We will definitely return again.

The home was welcoming and beautiful, lake front and hot tub a major plus. We only used 2 of the large 4 beautiful bedrooms. Bathrooms were a bit smaller than I had hoped. but it was a great long weekend with beautiful weather. Beautiful colorful sunsets from the back porch every night, another major plus. Wished we used the big fire pit but Mother Nature decided to have 20 howling winds that night. Property is great and we had a fun time playing basketball with kids as well house had lots for us to remain entertained.
