The home was nice and seemed clean, but there was both an indoor and outdoor bug problem. The home had a build up of ants, spiders and tiny flies in the window sills, corners of the walls and on the outdoor patio. There was a live cockroach in the master bedroom. The home was clean, but could use a good wipe down of cobwebs and insects hanging out, and some exterminating. Overall it was spacious, a nice modern home, secure, and lots of animals and nature to explore.

This home worked perfectly for our family. The children played inside and out. Adults played inside and out 😂

Front gate did not work. House had lots of dead bugs in windows, food stuck to cabinets/trash pull out, overall not very clean. Property has lots of things laying around in the yard and back of property. In need of thorough deep clean, exterior clean, better start up amenities. Marketed as luxury property but is not being maintained as such. Pool was beautiful but strange rules about not using area around the pool. Probably would not stay again at that price point and condition.
